GEF was born from a vision to create an organisation for the world’s Esports eco-system. Our organisation seeks to establish the credibility, legitimacy and prestige for esports. We are building an inclusive platform to bring together all the stakeholders from the esports industry to help shape the GEF mission and maximize the potential for esports and its participants. We believe that the future of Esports will continue to be bright. We seek to support this potential by cultivating the knowledge, experiences and history of the industry combined with respecting the traditions and values of sport and the principles of utilizing technology for good. The GEF Board and its related Commissions bring together leaders from esports, gaming, athletes, world sporting organizations, entrepreneurs together with technologists, educators, and professional experts to elevate the understanding and awareness of esports and to enhance the esports experience. With a vision to cultivate collaboration, forge synergies, strengthen, develop and grow the interface between the traditional esports & sport-based (active) esports communities, GEF establishes the voice & world authority for the worldwide esports movement.

The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) is a governing body of sports in Asia, currently with 45 member National Olympic Committees. The current president is Sheikh Fahad Al-Sabah. The oldest NOCs are from Japan and the Philippines, recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 1911; whereas East Timor is the newest, joining in 2003. The headquarters of the OCA is located at Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The Organización Deportiva Suramericana (ODESUR) is a multi-sports organisation. They organize the South American Games. It is the union of the National Olympic Committee of the South America.
The Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) has agreed an exploratory partnership with the Global Esports Federation (GEF) that aims to develop a Commonwealth Esports strategy. The partnership will see the CGF and GEF work together on specific areas aligned to Transformation 2022 – the Commonwealth Sport Movement's Strategic Plan.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SPORT FEDERATION
The International School Sport Federation (ISF) is recognised by the International Olympic Committee, and promote the values and interests of Education through Sport. ISF's events, the World Schools Championships and the Gymnasiade, aim to promote among young people: mutual understanding, volunteering empowerment, peace, non-discrimination, healthy lifestyle, social inclusion, and gender equality. Thus it contributes to support the educative paths of the young people to empower them as citizens of the world. ISF pursues its goals independently from political, religious or racial considerations.
PEACE AND SPORT
Peace and Sport, "L’Organisation pour la Paix par le Sport” is a neutral and independent organization based in the Principality of Monaco and under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco.
Peace and Sport works in areas across the world where communities have become estranged from one another and where traditional policies have failed to establish dialogue, with the goal of restoring peaceful relations. Its objective is to bring the structuring values of sport to the heart of communities and individuals in crisis throughout the world.
ARAB ESPORT FEDERATION
This frameworks agreement formalizes the commitment to work together to promote, support and develop the esports ecosystem, specifically in developing the Arab Esports strategy as a catalyst for continued and sustainable growth. The GEF will jointly work with the ARESF to identify relevant opportunities within the vibrant and emerging landscape in the region; and convene a partnership that focuses on advancing forward-thinking and future-oriented initiatives in service to the esports community.
